Yoga and Ayur...what?
Are you curious to find out how this ancient indian science based in nature, can bring you balance and health?
Join me and Sinah on a yoga-kitchen adventure in Zürich!
We’ll start the morning with a soft morning flow with basic asanas led by Sinah. No previous knowledge is required for either the yoga class or the ayurvedic cooking class. The yoga class aims to ground and bring us into the present moment, and get us ready to cook and learn with an open mind. Afterwards we’ll head to the kitchen to learn the ayurvedic basics and cook together. We will finish of our day by sharing our delicious meal creation.
You will learn about your personal body type, the ayurvedic seasons of the year and the so called "Vata time" - present during the winter months.
