Primal Play with Aaron Cantor

Aaron Cantor has been a passionate student of the body since age 3 when he was introduced to yoga by his father. At the young age of 8 he studied martial arts under Master Wu as well as Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan. Fueled by the curiosity and desire to understand life, Aaron studied philosophy, zen traditions, meditation, dance, art and yoga. Over many years, he created Primal Practice, a method to teach physical intelligence.

Aaron has spent his lifetime collecting, creating, contemplating and refining the material he presents in his workshops. He invites you to come explore the ability to adapt and thrive in any situation, build relationships, enhance creativity, and nurture loving-kindness.

He used to teach Yoga Workshops at Airyoga and has been teaching movement and mindfulness practices internationally for the past 15 years. He lives in Western Massachusetts, USA with his sons Bodhi and Jasper.

About the Workshop:

Primal play holds space for us to integrate the acquisition of new knowledge and development of new skills. It is a space in which insight and skill arise and can be refined. What are the virtues and values we wish to embody? How do we live them. Embodying Virtue: This is the meta-context of Primal Practice.
